Find the opportunity
We follow funding, projects, purchasing plans, trade and company expansion. Then we ask a simple question: what business could come from this, and who may be able to participate?
We follow where money is being committed, what projects are moving and what companies may need to buy or sell. Then we help credible businesses understand where they may fit and what to do next.
Mpeli LLC is a U.S.-based business development and commercial intelligence firm. We follow where money is being spent, what projects are moving, what buyers may need and which suppliers may be able to help. Then we connect the pieces and help move a real opportunity forward.
We follow funding, projects, purchasing plans, trade and company expansion. Then we ask a simple question: what business could come from this, and who may be able to participate?
We help manufacturers, investors and service companies understand a new market, identify credible buyers or partners and work out who they should speak with.
When there is a real requirement, we help connect the buyer, supplier, equipment, logistics and other pieces needed to move toward a transaction. From our U.S. base in Georgia, this can include sourcing American equipment and industrial products and supporting delivery across borders.
You do not need to know our terminology or choose the right service. Tell us what you are trying to buy, sell, find, enter or understand. We will work out whether there is a practical way we can help.
Send us the equipment, industrial product, buyer, supplier or project requirement. We will assess whether our U.S. and international network can help identify a credible route to execution.
Manufacturers, exporters and specialist firms can engage Mpeli to identify qualified opportunities, buyers or project openings in markets where our intelligence and relationships create an edge.
For a focused market, requirement or opportunity, Mpeli can investigate the commercial landscape, identify relevant counterparties and clarify the most credible path forward.
We select developments that may lead to real buying, selling, investment or partnership opportunities. For each one, we try to explain who is spending, what they may need, who may be able to supply it and what could happen next.

Public fleet electrification creates an operating ecosystem around the vehicles: financing, onboard systems, spares, training, charging, commissioning and after-sales support.
AfDB-backed PIRECT procurement is translating a regional interconnection program into defined high-voltage line and substation packages.
Get selected signals as they clear our bar, or bring us a market, capability or project and we can examine where a credible transaction may be forming.
By the time an opportunity becomes a tender, much of the positioning may already have happened. We watch what happens earlier: funding approvals, factory moves, new technology, policy changes, expansion plans and unusual shifts in supply or demand.
Signals refreshed 8 October 2026.
USTDA is funding a $1.87 million feasibility study for Infragora’s proposed AFRIDATA data centers in Lagos and Delta states, with 60–70 MW of combined initial capacity. Qualified U.S. firms may submit proposals through October 13, 2026.Why it matters: the study will assess technology, financing and U.S. vendor options before larger implementation packages are defined. Mpeli is watching where power systems, cooling, networking, computing infrastructure and delivery capabilities may fit as the project advances.
USTDA's Global Gas Initiative is bringing senior gas-sector decision-makers from Angola and Mozambique to Houston on October 20 around upcoming midstream infrastructure opportunities worth billions. Why it matters: the stated opportunity set — LNG facilities, pipelines, gas processing, storage and flaring reduction — creates a defined route for U.S. manufacturers and specialist suppliers to position before individual procurement packages become obvious. Mpeli is watching where project demand, U.S. capability and export-finance pathways begin to line up.
USTDA has funded a $3 million feasibility study for Anzana Electric Group covering hydropower and electricity distribution for mining operations in the DRC and Zambia. U.S. firms can bid for the study through October 26.Why it matters: the assignment includes U.S. sources of supply and, in Zambia, EPC tender documents. That puts supplier choices and future procurement architecture on the table before the larger equipment packages are issued. Mpeli is watching which U.S. engineering and equipment capabilities fit the power needs forming around the Copperbelt.
Mpeli Signal Brief is deliberately selective: a handful of developments, the transaction logic behind them, who should care and what may be worth doing next.
The public site shows how we think. The Signal Brief keeps selected intelligence coming to you; Intelligence Coverage aims that intelligence at your actual product lines, markets and commercial priorities, providing an additional external view across borders.
Selected developments before they become obvious. Each brief focuses on what changed, who should care, the commercial angle and the next question worth asking.
No daily news dump. No generic headlines. We send only when something clears the commercial bar.
For companies with defined products, capabilities or target markets, Mpeli provides focused intelligence coverage across financing, procurement, industrial expansion and market-entry signals — surfacing developments that may warrant commercial attention.
Suitable for manufacturers, technology providers, infrastructure firms and other businesses with defined capabilities and international growth priorities.
Send us the equipment, industrial product, market or project requirement. We will determine whether our U.S. and international sourcing network can help.
We work across regions because good business can form anywhere. We pay attention to where money is moving, where there is real demand, who has the right capability and whether there is a practical path to execution.

AfDB-backed fleet electrification progressed into a defined vehicle procurement, illustrating how a broader infrastructure program converts into equipment, charging, spares, training and after-sales demand.
